McBride Hires NATO and Defense Executive

McBride, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) management and IT consulting firm, announces that Paul Torilli has joined the McBride team! Mr. Torilli brings 30+ years of extensive expertise working for large- and small-scale companies as a business transformation leader, with a diverse background in global operations, business development, strategic planning, acquisition support, program management, cost estimating, and financial management.

Mr. Torilli has worked on and across two continents including his previous role as Vice President of Global Operations for MCR, LLC, where he managed numerous prime contracts in support of the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA), the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), the Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE), Allied Command Transformation (ACT), Allied Command Operations, and the NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance Management Agency (NAGSMA).  He was a member of the corporate executive team redefining the company’s global strategy that successfully created legal entities and offices in Europe, where he managed the local workforce to better service customers. Mr. Torilli effectively led a workforce of 200+ people to include direct employees and multiple partnering companies across 15 geographical locations.

Prior to his role as Vice President of Global Operations, Mr. Torilli was seconded by the US Mission to NATO to serve the Alliance during the NAGSMA start-up phase and to support the procurement of a NATO owned-and-operated airborne ground surveillance capability. He was named the Program Coordination Officer (PCO) and resided in Belgium for 12+ years. Mr. Torilli served as a senior member of NAGSMA’s negotiations team which successfully negotiated a $2.0B+ contract to procure the AGS system, he led multiple feasibility studies resulting in the final acquisition strategy and participated in two major AoA studies which ultimately determined the locations for the procurement agency (Brussels, BEL) and Main Operating Base (Sigonella, ITA).
