The Department’s Division of Housing provides emergency as well as health and safety repairs at no cost to low and moderate-income homeowners. The division is looking to streamline their Homeowner Services Repair programs so that they can accelerate the timeline for repairs and increase the number of Columbus residents served by these programs. McBride looks forward to bringing our expertise in process improvement, organizational transformation, and strategic planning to the Department’s Division of Housing for the benefit of Columbus residents.
