Lonnie McBride
Founder and CEO of McBride
Lonnie is a seasoned leader and management consultant with 14+ years of professional services experience, including 6+ years in the Big 4 (KPMG & Deloitte). His extensive clientele includes Federal and local Government entities and Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in: Business Process Optimization, Finance & Accounting Transformation, Human Capital Management / HR Technology and Project Management. He attended the University of LaVerne for undergraduate school and both Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University for graduate studies. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Having proudly served for many years in the United States Air Force (Active & Reserve), Lonnie is passionate about continuing his service as a civilian by mentoring and coaching transitioning service members that are interested in becoming entrepreneurs, management consultants and / or technologists. His military service included overseas deployments, with Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) as the most recent. He was also honored to be nominated by the 459th Air Refueling Wing to the Secretary of the Air Force for the Airman's Medal by risking his life to save others.

Jacquelin “Jackie” Broadwater has more than 25 years of leadership experience helping government organizations and consulting businesses solve complex challenges through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. Jackie’s experience includes organizational performance improvement, change management, talent development, team leadership, and business operations. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating practical solutions that improve organizational performance while making work more rewarding for the people behind the mission. Throughout her career, Jackie has partnered with executives and teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness, build high-performing cultures, and deliver sustainable results. Jackie is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where she earned a B.A. in Chemistry and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
