Mr. Lazaroae brings extensive expertise as a business transformation leader, with a diverse background in project and program management, financial management, policy development, and operations. Mr. Lazaroae has worked on two continents including in his most recent role as the Director of the New NATO Headquarters Project Office and Transition Office.

With over 25 years of experience with large-scale transformations in Europe and throughout the US, Mr. Lazaroae joins the team to build on the firm’s expertise throughout the public sector. As an appointee of the NATO Secretary General in his previous role, Mr. Lazaroae successfully delivered the new NATO headquarters project that included construction, technology, security, transition, and relocation. The $1.5B project delivered a highly secure headquarters housing 30 national embassies, civilian and military staff, and five agencies, totaling 4,200 employees. Prior to joining NATO, Mr. Lazaroae led consulting engagements for over 10 years throughout the public sector for Federal, State and local governments.
