NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP)

NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) VI provides the latest Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors. Created in 1993 as the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in the federal acquisition space, it is self-funded through usage fees (0.34%) and provides acquisition support across more than 50,000 orders a year.

Ordering Overview

Authorized federal customers can use McBride’s NASA SEWP VI contract to procure mission-based ITC/AV service solutions through a streamlined ordering process.

1. Request a quote. A federal Contracting Officer (CO) or other authorized ordering official may submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool or contact McBride’s SEWP points of contact for a market research quote.

2. Evaluate McBride’s response. McBride submits its quote through the SEWP tool for the agency’s review and fair-opportunity evaluation.

3. Submit the order. The customer issues the order, cites McBride’s SEWP VI contract number, 80TECH26D0879, and submits it to the SEWP Program Management Office at sewporders@sewp.nasa.gov.

4. Receive the SEWP Control Number. The SEWP Program Management Office reviews the order and assigns a SEWP Control Number (SCN). McBride begins fulfillment once the SCN is issued.

5. Route modifications through SEWP. Any subsequent order modifications must also be submitted through the SEWP Program Management Office.
