The McBride teamed with a leading HR case management software organization and provided responsive business analysis, process design and configuration support throughout the engagement. A significant volume of HR SSC workflows was in scope, which the Firm delivered rapidly, accurately, and in collaboration with many client business owners geographically located across the globe. The resulting workflows eliminated data entry previously required by SSC personnel and provided an opportunity for higher touch assignments. Significant reduction in processing times of HR requests was also achieved while improving the overall web/portal experience of users (employees & managers). Additionally, improvements in SSC dashboards and reports were quickly realized given the availability of process related data.
